o_o So... I've been gone from DA for over three or four years, I think. Thought I'd try to ressurect it a bit and submit some of the stuff I've done in the last half year or so, just to see how the community's like around here again and all that.

This painting was done for a friend who plays World of Warcraft-- this is his undead priest and his mount in a landscape that I just totally imagined; XD; I don't play WoW so I have no clue what the actual settings look like. Done with Painter9, oil paints.

HOORAY AND WELCOME BACK.

*jumps in the snow!* ... don't give me that look, it's HOT here. ;o; Tis a lovely scene, anyway. POWER TO THE FORSAKEN! And their awesome skeletal horses.

I <3 the horses D: They are awesome.

 Yay it's a Hokuto! <3
So much snow and beautifully done I must admit. :) The sky seems to blend in with the snow though, which seemed odd to me, but when I think about it more, it actually does look better that way. I also say that it is rather breathtaking and if you look at it long enough, you find yourself almost getting lost in it. The priest is what I like most about this picture. His armor looks awesome and you chose a nice blue and gold mixture of color for it. His mount is also magnificent and the purple really catches a person's eye. So does the glowing aura around its hooves. I am most impressed about the painstakingly tiny details you managed to put into this picture. Like the little footprints in the snow or the fir on the tree. Goes to show how details give scenes more life. I can't believe this picture didn't get a lot of comments or favorites since I think it does deserve some. ^_^ Well it gets a favorite from me and I do hope you continue drawing. I can't wait to see what else you come up with.

What a lovely comment! :D Thank you muchly, I'm happy you like it! This was my first try at landscape, so thanks for the comments, they are quite appreciated. <3
I'm glad that you enjoyed my comment, I try to be detailed with my thoughts of a picture. (Since there is just so much to think about when you see a picture.) That is so cool for your first time with landscape. Something that I usually would think a professional would do, but then of course there is nothing unprofessional about your picture. :) You're welcome once again and I hope to see more from you!
